HOSTEL RULES
The rules and regulations, as follows, are framed to ensure that the hostel property is protected; student staying in the hostel is comfortable in a conducive environment for healthy living and discipline is maintained amongst the inmates.
  A list of articles should be pasted on the inside lid of the trunk and a duplicate copy must be handed over the hostel warden.
  The School cannot arrange for the safe keeping of any valuables, therefore it is forbidden to the students to carry any valuable items/money or any electronic gadgets. If found, will be confiscated and a fine shall be charged.
  For any medical issues, prior information should be provided to the Supervisor.
  You will be allowed to meet your ward only on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and in case of emergencies, prior permission from the Principal is mandate.
  Do not visit the campus after 5 p.m either to pick or drop your child or event to meet.
  The child must have 75% attendance and all dues clear to sit for any Examinations.
  All dues must be cleared on time. Do apply for leave beforehand if you want to take your ward to home or out of the campus.
  You must not take any call after 10 p.m. you will be allowed to talk with your ward on Saturdays & Sundays only. (Saturday: 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.): (Sunday: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.).
  Please make sure that your child has his/her hostel uniform and Bed sheet provided by school with him/her whenever he/she is entering the premises. Only 3 sets of Casual will be allowed to be kept in the Hostel and no other Bed Sheets.
  Only Mother/Father is allowed to make a call on Hostel's Number. No other calls will be entertained. Please do not give your mobile phones to other children in the Hostel. This breaks our discipline.
  Accommodation in the hostel cannot be claimed as a right. The school authority reserves all the rights to change the dorm/ locker /bed etc of the students. Any breakage/damage of the School property shall be recovered from the parents during the academic seasons.
  There are three Term Holidays' during the academic year. i.e. May-June (summer vacation), September/October (Puja Vacation) and March-April (Term end). It is obligatory for the parents to take their ward home during the Term Holidays.
  Parents/Guardians are not allowed to withdraw their ward in the middle of the session. If situation arises they have to pay full session fee.
